Summer Glau to guest star on Alphas
We heard a rumor couple of weeks ago that Summer Glau will be guest starring on the new Syfy show Alphas.
It has been discussed by our members in these forum threads:
From the Alphas panel
at the San Diego Comic Con, it has been confirmed that
Garret Dillahunt, Brent Spiner and Summer Glau
will be guest starring on the show. Alphas executive producer Ira Steven Behr didn't go into details about the characters they'd be playing, but
he did say that he'd just seen Glau's episode and that she's "terrific"
in it.

Knowing for weeks that Summer Glau would guest star on Alphas was one of the reasons i started to watch it and created a thread on the discussion forum; so that the Summer Glau Wiki viewers would already be aware of the show when Summer will appear in it.
But another reason is that it's my type of show and i would have give it a chance anyway. Alphas had a good buzz and the first two episodes are great so far; more, it has good ratings so we can hope SyFy will annouce soon its renewal for a second season.

In yesterday's panel for the Syfy show Alphas, executive producer Ira Steven Behr announced the names of a few upcoming guest stars that genre fans should know, including Summer Glau (Firefly, The Sarah Connor Chronicles), Brent Spiner (Star Trek: The Next Generation), Garret Dillahunt (Deadwood, Sarah Connor) and Lindsay Wagner (The Bionic Woman).
Behr didn't go into details about the characters they'd be playing, but he did say that he'd just seen Glau's episode and that she's "terrific" in it.

Apparently Behr is faithful to people he worked with previously : he worked with Brent Spiner on Star Trek : New Generation and with Summer Glau as well as with Garret Dillahunt on The 4400.

If i understand correctly what alphas co-creator says on video at SDCC, Summer Glau should be the first of the 3 guest star to appear.
