Take a look at the Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles press kit made by Virgin to accompagny the series premiere on the UK channel on February 21, 2008.
This promo collectible was limited to six copies and was never available for purchase in stores. It was a competition giveaway for Virgin 1 over there in the UK.
This Virgin 1 Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles boxset features a 18" Terminator with glowing eyes, a plasma rifle, a hand and a DVD with the first episode on it.
The outer case is a heavy acrylic slide cover with a foam insert that slides in. The endoskeleton is not a T-888 as depicted in the TV show, it's a repackage of a Terminator 2 T-800 action figure (see picture with Summer Glau below).
And now to the pictures:
Here a picture feauring Summer Glau holding one of those Terminator 2 T-800 action figure at the Los Angeles Comic Book and Science Fiction Convention on January 13, 2008.

Sean Maher at Supanova.
Of course, convention go-ers will have the opportunity to get Summer's autograph, a photo op with her and to attend her panel.
And now we've just learned that the Supanova team will also definitely be scheduling dual photo-ops with Sean Maher, just like what they did last year when Summer Glau and Morena Baccarin attented Supanova Melbourne and Gold Coast events.
The price of the dual photo op has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for more informations in the days to come.

Summer Glau is on for this november Supanova Pop Culture Expo in Brisbane and Adelaide, joining her onscreen fellow Larper from Knights of Badassdom, Peter Dinklage.
Unfortunately, there's no plan for a dual photo op with Summer and Peter but I'm sure many fans would love to get a picture with the two of them.
Since 2011, Peter Dinklage has starred as Tyrion Lannister in the HBO series Game of Thrones, which earned him the Emmy and the Golden Globe Award for Supporting Actor. Furthermore, Games of Thrones writer George R.R. Martin is also coming to Supanova in Brisbane and Adelaide this November.
We have learned a in July 2013 that the long-shelved Knights of Badassdom will finally be distributed in the USA. There's no specific release date yet, but Joe Lynch's horror comedy will hit theaters and VOD at the same time.

Contratulations Necrowizard and I'm sure you will be the envy of many Summer Glau fans.

It can be send overseas as well but not for free the recipient has to pay the shipment costs.
The winner will be randomly chosen among the participants to the giveaway.
So good luck everyone and a huge thank you to Fox012 for his generous offer!
When Fox012 messaged us that he was ready to give away this Aluminium print, I must say I was tempted to keep it for myself but it would not have been fair and also it will serve the cause - spreading the word on Summer's talent...and beauty in this case - better if we offer fans the chance to bring home this awesome piece of art. I can hear from here Derek yell "Metal!" :-)
Summer's beautiful shot is taken from a photoshoot by Brian Bowen Smith for Esquire magazine.
Besides his many contributions to the sites, such as UHQ pictures of Summer Glau for example, Fox012 is not new to this kind of giveaway and lucky visitors of the Summer Glau Wiki have already brought home Acrilyc prints.
Edit: 3 small Acrylic prints (plexiglass) featuring Summer as Cameron are also available and will be given away on a first arrived, first served basis. They can be send overseas. Simply mention here you'd like one, then you'll sort out the details in private with Fox012

This is an action figure of Cameron from the episode "Born to Run" prison break scene. All of the clothes were hand-made, except for the jeans and gloved hands.
Ricardo also got the opportunity to met Summer Glau at 2013 Chicago Comic Con. He told us that she is a wonderful person and she autographed the base of the action figure, she was very impressed by it.
Dark Horse Comics released two images revealing that they’ll make soon announcements regarding the continuation of Joss Whedon’s Firefly/Serenity franchise, which jumped from television to film to comics a few years back.
Here's Dark Horse teaser announce:
"Joss Whedon's beloved Firefly series and Serenity film's lifespan may have been short-lived, but managed to produce one of the most dedicated fanbases in the history of modern science fiction. Dark Horse is proud to be able to keep Mal and his crew flying with new comics and products.
Look for the hashtag #WheresSerenity over the next few months on our Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pages for exclusive news on the future of the franchise at Dark Horse!"
The first teaser image is an obvious reference to the Wash character, played by Alan Tudyk:
The second teaser consists of 3 images gathered here in a gif (click on image to watch gif):
